Success Stories

Need India Career Institute has helped numerous students achieve their dream. We are proud to say that our students are excelling in various walks of life. Most importantly we have helped the students gain their self-confidence, made them independent and empowered them to lead a happy and prosperous life.

We would like to share some of the success stories of our students –

  • Anjali

Anjali’s family consists of three sisters, a brother and her mother. Her mother worked as a peon at the State Bank. After completing her 10+2, Anjali wanted to gain skills that could make her employable. Hence, she enrolled in NICI.

With the career guidance provided by our faculty members, Anjali gained clarity regarding her career choices. She pursued learning computer skills and accounting software apart from improving her communication skills at our institute.

Anjali completed her course with flying colours. With the help of NICI, she is now working with Escort press at Amritsar. She has been appreciated and rewarded regularly for her efforts and initiatives at work.

  • Daljeet Kaur

Daljeet’s family has gone through very tough times as there were no earning member in the family. In order to support her family, Daljeet needed to become employable. She was confused as to which skill to learn which could offer good employment opportunities. Hence, she approached NICI for guidance.

NICI’s team identified her skill in fashion designing. Having identified her skill, the team gave her adequate individual attention to develop her skill in this field. She underwent a full time course on the same. In order to have additional skills for employment, she also decided to gain the knowledge of computers.

With developed skills on fashion designing and basic computing skills, Daljeet was ready for work. Presently, she is working with a boutique near Kabir Park. She plans to start her own boutique in the future. NICI plans to support her in this venture in the future as well. She is the sole member supporting her family. Her story encourages not only her family members but also the students at NICI to learn fashion designing and do well.

  • Neha

Neha was a very quiet and shy person when she joined NICI. Her communication skills were weak and she lacked any computer knowledge. However, she had the intent and will to learn so that she could earn for herself and become independent.

Our team channelled her efforts in the right direction. We worked on improving her communication skills and taught her the use of computers. By the end of the course she was able to work effectively with computers and her communication had improved by leaps and bounds.

By NICI’s help, she was placed with Amritsar Gas Agency. She has grown as a person since then and is proud to be independent.
