NICI provides a platform to do internships and gain solid professional experience in the field of choice of the applicant. A certificate of appreciation would also be provided at successful completion of the program. 

As an intern at NICI, you could work on various fileds which would include the following:

a) Website DesignerThe intern is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a our specifications as provided. You would need to strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation. Duration: 1 - 2 months

b) Course Trainers - NICI has a multitude of courses running at the institute and you could contribute with your experience, knowledge and skill in any of the following:

Computer Course - Your responsibilities would include to teach students and learners to use computers, design and develop appropriate computer instructional material and conduct group training sessions. Duration: 1 month

Soft Skills - Your responsibilties would be to teach and assist students learn soft skills needed to secure employment by delivering parts of our course to the students by demonstrating and explaining the teaching material. Duration: 3 months

English SpeakingThe main responsibility would be to help our students understand English, speak it and be able to write and read it. Your duties will range from the preparation of course work, planning of classes and the marking of work handed in. Duration: 3 months

c) Salesperson - Your responsibilties would include to handle leads for products (like Honey, Achaar, Vermicompost, Phulkari etc.) made by Self Help Groups, and convert them into sales by building relationship with our customers, presenting our products to them, understanding their needs and giving them the right offer. Apart from this, market research and product promotion activities could be expected. Duration: 3 months
